Why don't you have prices on your website?

While we have standard pricing on some items, we create custom packages* based on the items that you’re interested in. Every wedding and event is unique and we want to be able to offer you the best price based on your individual, event needs!

How do I receive a quote?

We kindly ask you to visit our contact page and fill out the requested form or email us at contact@cftevents.com. In order for us to give you an accurate quote we ask that you provide the details of your event and the exact items (with quantities) you’re interested in.

Do you have a minimum rental fee?

Yes we do have a minimum rental fee, however, please contact us for a quote based on your event needs.

How far in advance should I book my tent?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your venue and what size you’ll be needing, but, consider 3-6 months as the minimum!

How can I reserve a tent?

With advance notice of at least 3-6 months, you can reserve a tent with a non-refundable & non-transferable deposit. A deposit is required whether you are certain you’re getting the tent, or if it’s just a rain back-up.

Please be mindful that tents going to commercial spaces (venues, etc.) may require a permit.

How do I know which tent size I need?

In order for us to give you an accurate quote on a tent rental, it helps us to know: how many guests you will have and what is going underneath the tent. For example, if you plan on having a dance floor under the tent- that will take up a significant amount of space.

When is my final payment due?

Final rental count and final payment is due 2 weeks before your event date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cashier’s check, money orders, and all major credit cards.

If I'm paying by check, where do I send my deposit/payment to?

All payments are to be made out to Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals and sent to 1761 Pine Bay Dr, Lake Mary, Fl 32746.
